I grew up in Airdrie, graduating from George McDougall High School when it was the only one in town, with Ralph McCall as one of my teachers. After years away, I’m back home, living with my husband near our sons, daughter, and their families.

With over 30 years of leadership and business experience, I’m passionate about empowering leaders to grow, connect, and transform. As the founder of High Road Leaders, I’m dedicated to cultivating leaders worth following—those who inspire trust, foster collaboration, and drive change.

From being a children and family pastor to owning an insurance brokerage, I learned the power of relationships in achieving success. As a certified Executive Program Leader with Maxwell Leadership, I bring world-class expertise to leadership development through webinars and events.
