About Us
We provide mental health therapy and counselling services to help teens, adults, families, and couples heal from trauma, stress, anxiety, and restore relationships with both themselves and others. Our clinicians are highly skilled and come with a wealth of experience.
We also offer the following therapy groups: ADHD Support Group for Women, Supporting Parents with Kids with Complex Needs, and an EMDR Trauma Recovery Group.
We can direct many insurance companies for most practitioners and services. Individual policy limitations and restrictions may apply.
