Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor booths sell out for this highly anticipated annual event; don't miss out on your chance to participate in the show by registering now and take advantage of the Early Bird rates for the month of January!
HOW TO REGISTER:
Familiarize yourself with the important links below to assist you in completing the three step registration process.
STEP 1
Review the following documents:
A. EXHIBITOR BOOTH MAP (Use this map to assist you with selecting your booth(s) size and location).- Helpful tip: use the color coded Exhibitor Booth Map that corresponds with the Booth Prices document for help with your desired selection(s).
- A signed copy is required by March 17, 2023. Please email to ashley@airdriechamber.ab.ca once complete).

D. AHS SPECIAL EVENTS FOOD VENDOR PACKAGE &
SPECIAL EVENT FOOD VENDOR NOTIFICATION- Must be completed a minimum of 30 days prior to event date.
- Disregard if you are not selling/serving food
E. PERSONAL SERVICES NOTIFICATION- Disregard if you are not performing a personal service ie. touching the public - tattooing, permanent make-up, body piercing, make up, hair, nails, lasers, henna, etc
F. GES ORDER FORM- Disregard unless you need to order additional power (over and above 60 watts), carpet, chairs, extra table(s), etc
G. BOOTH PRICES - MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION for members!! (Future-members must contact ashley@airdriechamber.ab.ca for more information on how to register as a future-member or click the link below to become a member now).
STEP 2
Begin the registration process by completing the online Exhibitor Application Form- After completing the online form, return to this page to complete Step 3 of the registration process.
STEP 3
Click the button below to complete registration and payment.
Please contact Ashley at 403-948-4412 or by email ashley@airdriechamber.ab.ca before clicking the "Register" button if any of the following apply:- You wish to purchase more than one booth
- You wish to be invoiced rather than paying via credit card
- Or at the time of registration, you do not see the booth size you would like to purchase
Note: booth placement is at the sole discretion of show management. We do not assign booths on a first come, first serve basis. Confirmation of booth(s)/hallway tables (whether or not you have received a booth/table) will occur in January/February 2023. A full refund will be provided to anyone that paid in advance and is not assigned a booth.

Registration closes March 31st, 2023.
Exhibitors wishing to cancel their booth must do so before February 28, 2023. A $150.00 administrative fee for all cancellations made on or before February 28, 2023 will be applied.
Marketing Add On Options:
1. Exhibitor Bingo
Would you like to be included on the exhibitor Bingo Card to ensure active foot traffic to your booth? Purchase a $75.00 square on the bingo card when you pay for your exhibitor booth. You will find this option under the Additional Fee Items tab at the time of registration.
2. Show Program Ad
Promote your business and/or your show deals in the show program to thousands of attendees. Purchase an ad in the show program for either $75.00 (2" x 3.5") or $100.00 (4" x 3.5"). You will find this option under the Additional Fee Items tab at the time of registration. Ads will be created by yourself and added to the show program.
